Role Objectives

We are looking for 2 experienced Client Success Managers to work closely with our Sales teams to manage our portfolio of clients in the Business & Industry (think, retailers at corporate locations) and Education space (think retailers at Universities). These are two separate positions reporting to two different people. In each role, you will be the interface between our client service, sales, and launch teams to create long term relationships with our clients. You will manage relationships and grow our existing portfolio, adding additional retailers offers. Our ideal candidate has previous sales experiences, is proactive, analytical, organized, and has a results oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple accounts and relationships. This is a big role for our organization, with growth potential being limitless.

Job Specifications

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders at our client sites
  • Identify opportunities for growth, marketing, and additional user activations at client sites
  • Create Yoyo Wallet rollout campaigns at new clients to achieve client objectives
  • Manage client expectations and assist with Yoyo Wallet related inquiries
  • Keep clients up to date on marketing and product updates
  • Conduct site visits to meet clients to monitor and offer recommendations to continue site progress
  • Collect feedback from our clients to strategically share with our sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Motivation to create tangible results for the business
  • Partner with sales and launch teams to optimize performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong business aptitude and intuition being able to build relationships with our current clients and their retailers
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Comfortable with web based system administration tools and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and technically savvy
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and articulate
  • Entrepreneurial outlook and spirit while knowing how to navigate through corporate and academic organisations
  • Ability to manage competing timelines and priorities in a composed fashion
  • Desire to work in a fun, fast-paced and results driven environment

Location

  • We are located in Fitzrovia, the heart of central London
  • Occasional travel will be required (mostly within the UK)
